Currently, there is no comprehensive data collection mechanism about users to understand their specific needs in the clothing industry. This creates a significant gap in the e-commerce market where customers struggle to find clothing items that match their preferences, style, and requirements.
Our project develops an innovative AI-powered chat plugin for e-commerce platforms that revolutionizes how customers discover clothing. Through intelligent conversation, the plugin understands customer needs, preferences, and requirements, then uses advanced AI algorithms to filter and recommend the most suitable products from the store's inventory.
This conversational AI assistant transforms the shopping experience by allowing customers to describe what they're looking for in natural language, making online clothing discovery as intuitive as talking to a knowledgeable sales assistant in a physical store.
